SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY
We offer a free delivery on orders of €250 and over. For orders under there is a €3-€10 delivery charge (depends on the item). Delivery charge for bulky items like cot beds is €10.
Collection in Leixlip is possible.
We ship orders within 48h of placing an order (Mon-Fr). Deliveries are with Fastway or DPD within ROI and UK. We use local courier deliveries for Co.Dublin.
Delivery may take up to 4 working days but it usually is the next working day following dispatch. Please note that potential delays due to Covid-19 restrictions are possible.
If stock is not available there may be a potential delay and we will keep you informed. Selected items may take longer to deliver but will be clearly marked on the product information page prior to ordering (backorders).
We cannot accept liability for any delivery delays as they are outside our control. If you provide us with a wrong delivery address and your goods are signed for by another party, we cannot be held responsible for any loss you incur as a result.
We ship items within Republic of Ireland and UK (Mainland only), if you are interested in any product and are based outside of Ireland please do contact us for purchase and shipping details.
HOW DO I RETURN ITEM?
Our return policy is as follows:
If you are unhappy with the contents of your order upon delivery, please contact us on email@example.com as soon as possible so we could resolve the problem.
All products must be inspected by you upon delivery and any damage in transit or shortages must be notified to us within 48 hours of delivery. No claims for damage in transit or shortage will be considered after this period.
If you found your product damaged or faulty please notify us within 7 days of delivery. No claims for damaged or faulty items will be considered after this period.
We are happy for you to return unwanted goods within 14 days of delivery as long as the item is returned in its original condition and in its original packaging.
Please note it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the goods are returned safely to us and the customer must pay postage costs. Products returned incomplete, damaged or used by the customer will not be accepted. We will not be able to accept responsibility for packages lost in transit.
If goods have been damaged in transit, we will arrange for collection and offer you a replacement of damaged part at no extra cost to you.
Where goods are found to be faulty on delivery, we will arrange for collection and offer you replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
We regret that we can not offer refunds on assembled furniture unless faulty.
Only the price of the returned product will be refunded. Delivery and shipping costs will not be refunded.
